The Ironton, Ohio, native was born April 3, 1942, the son of the late James Hall Sr. and Winona Chatfield Hall. Mr. Hall retired in 1996 after 35 years as a construction worker with Laborer's Union Local No. 83. He attended South Point Schools growing up and really enjoyed spending time with his family and especially his grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Loretta Jean Bolden and Betty Lou Moore, and one brother, George Hall. He is survived by his wife, Billie Sue Starr Hall whom he married March 25, 1963; son and daughter-in-law James J. and Rhonda Rae Hall of Ironton, Ohio; daughter Karen Hall of South Point, Ohio; daughter and son-in-law Christy and Phillip Hall of Kitts Hill, Ohio; daughter and son-in-law Melissa and John Burns of Ironton, Ohio; daughter and son-in-law Angie and Danny Sullivan of Ironton, Ohio; daughter Rhonda Hall Maynard of Ironton, Ohio; 10 grandchildren, Jennifer Blankenship, Johnna Hosey, Tori Mitchell, Jeff Burns, Emily Burns, Corey Wright, Dylan Maynard, Cameron Maynard, Rebecca Wagner and Brooke Wagner; nine great-grandchildren; two sisters, Nancy Hern and Rosemary Woods, both of Coal Grove, Ohio; sister-in-law Alice Hall of Ironton, Ohio; three sons-in-law, Chris Maynard, John Allen and Blair Wright and also survived by several nieces and nephews. Rosemary Chatfield died Saturday, April 25, 2009 at the Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice in Wichita, Kansas. She was 77.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 29, 2009 in the First Baptist Church Worship Center, Ponca City, Oklahoma with the Rev. Dr. Michael Seabaugh officiating. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Grace Memorial Chapel.

A longtime resident of Ponca City, Rosemary was born in Kansas City, Missouri, the daughter of Lewis and Bertha Hall. She was a graduate of Paseo High School. An Associate’s Degree was obtained from Kansas City Junior College. In 1952 she obtained a B.S. in Business Administration from Central Missouri State University at Warrensburg, Missouri.

She was employed in the Personnel Department of Socony Vacuum Oil Company in Kansas City, Missouri 1952 to 1955. She was married to John Chatfield on September 23, 1955, and moved to Phoenix, Arizona where he served in the Air Force. After his discharge, they moved back to Kansas City in 1956. The family moved to Ponca City in 1964. She was employed as a secretary at Northeast Baptist Church from 1970 to 1979, was a legal secretary one year for Walt Brune, and then served 9 years as education secretary at First Baptist Church of Ponca City, retiring in 1989.

Through the years she served as a Sunday School and Bible School teacher. Her involvement in the music ministry began at age 9 by playing piano for Sunday School classes. As an adult she played piano or organ in churches in Kansas City, Missouri and in Ponca City, Oklahoma. Other interests were singing in choirs and ensembles, sewing, quilting, oil painting and writing.

Survivors include three children, Dr. Donald Chatfield and his wife, Karen, of Oro Valley, Arizona; Linda McCachren and her husband, Scot, of Morristown, New Jersey, and Neal Chatfield and his wife, Sarah, of Vail, Arizona; two granddaughters, Emily McCachren and Julia McCachren of Morristown, New Jersey; three sisters, Lucille Garrett of Great Falls, Virginia, Alice Peters of Tigard Oregon, and Ruth Horne of Palm City, Florida; six nephews, three nieces; 9 grand nieces and nephews and one great-grandniece. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, John William Chatfield, and an infant son, Charles William Chatfield.

Roy E HALL was born on 2 August 1956 in USA. He died Leukemia. on 2 August 2013 at the age of 57 in USA. Roy E. Hall, Sr., of Candor, passed away on Friday, August 2, 2013 at Cayuga Medical Center after a courageous battle with Leukemia.

Roy was predeceased by his mother, Leah Libby Hall; daughters, Christina and Lisa May Hall; and brothers, Ronnie and Robert Hall.

He is survived by his loving and supportive wife.....; father, Robert Hall; son.....; brothers.....; sister, .....; grandchildren.....; special friend.....; along with several loving nieces and nephews.

Roy worked as a custodian for Newark Valley Schools for over 20 years. He was an outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing. Over the past few years he enjoyed many on-line games.

Alberta Sproul's spirit was released to the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob [Exodus 3:15] on the 6th of October, 2013, the eve of her 93rd birthday. She was full of His grace and beauty.

Alberta exemplified the fruit of the Spirit.

Her husband of 49 years preceded her homecoming. She recently said, "If I could spend just 24 hours with FRED I would do everything all over again the same way, not change a thing, I love him so much."

Alberta leaves behind a legacy, through her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and others she affected. The completion of that legacy is yet to be determined by the actions and decisions of those people. Will you go forward in the Spirit or the sinful nature?
