South Australian Register (Adelaide, SA : Friday 5 March 1875)
DEATHS. CHATFIELD.- On the 2nd March, at Thebarton, Mrs. Harriet CHATFIELD, aged 63 years.
=====
Could not write when putting mark on daughter Ruth Ann's birth certificate in 1838.
-----
Listed as "Ann" as passenger on Somersetshire emigration ship.

Problem here is that a Harriet Tickner married John Clark 12 Dec 1829 at Mayfield. She would have been 16 if the same person so putting two people with same name or not the same person at all!
