Phelps Stokes to Miss Rose Harriet Pastor, the young Jewish newspaper reporter, came the announcement yesterday that James Stokes, uncle of the young settlement worker, is engaged to marry Miss Florence Brooke CHATFIELD, daughter of Henry W. CHATFIELD, of 194 Clinton Street, Brooklyn.
