Gr. -granddaughter of Levi Chatfield and Sarah Bradley, his wife;
William Clark Whitney and Mary Thompson (1766-1807), his wife;
Rev. David Brooks and Elizabeth Doolittle, his wife; Samuel Hull.
Jr., and Abigail Doolittle (1766-1835), his wife.

Gr.-gr. -granddaughter of Samuel Hull and Eunice Cook (b. 1735),
his wife (m. 1753); Henry Whitney (1735-1811) and Eunice Clark

Levi CHATFIELD, (1756-81), served as a private in Capt. Eben-
ezer Gray's company, Sixth regiment, 1778-80. He was born
at Derby and died at Nev^ Milford.

William Clark Whitney, (1762-1838), served as a private
and was wounded in the Revolution. He was born at Derby
and was a pensioner when he died there.

David Brooks, (1744-1802), was a member of the Cheshire
Vigilance Committee and the first to enlist for the town. He
served in the Assembly, was a delegate to the State constitu-
tional convention, acted as chaplain and as quartermaster.
He was born in Cheshire, where he died.

Caleb Hull, (1695- 1788), at the age of eighty turned out at
the Lexington Alarm from Wallingford, and with him were
his son and grandson Samuel.

Samuel Hull, (1730-91), was corporal at the siege of Bos-
ton and in the Northern campaign. He subsequently served
as sergeant.

Samuel Hull, Jr., (1759-1828), served as drummer and pri-
vate, 1781. He survived to receive a pension.
