DIVORCE
Rose Chatfield sought dissolution of her marriage with William Alfred Chatfield. Ground: Adultery. Petitioner said she now lived at Northam. The parties were married at Meckering on February 24, 1934, and they separated by mutual consent on March 3. 1936, She described how, with an inquiry agent. she had watched her husband's movements at Boulder and Kalgoorlie on the nights of March 19 and 20 last. Her husband admitted to them that on those nights he had visited a house of ill-fame in Brookman-street, Kalgoorlie. Mr. H. A. Solomon (instructed by Mr. M. Crawcour) appeared for petitioner.
