Narrative

A descendant of the French Huguenot immigrant, Dr. Paul Micou (1658-1736). She was married to Dr. Abner Standish Washburn (1802-1864) and is buried beside him. Margaret is my 3rd great grandmother.

Margaret Camilla Micou Washburn was musically talented and could play both the piano and the guitar and sing (Stevens-Washburn With Related Lines, Annie Olive Stevens Jones, p. 104; Ozark Guide Press, 1945).
