"I will and appoint at my decease A. Beverly Stevens to be the sole Guardian of my two children, Therber R. and Glenora Chatfield during their minority, or the time which I can legally appoint him as such."
A death date for Frank has not been found, and, as appears to be the case from his above appointment of A. Beverly Stevens, his wife's death seems to have preceded the date of this will.
