Chatfield Walter 1913 - 2005 Le 10 juillet 2005, à l'âge de 91 ans, est décédé Monsieur Walter Duncan Chatfield. It is with great sadness and peace of heart that we convey the passing of our dear Uncle Duncan, at the Ste Anne's Hospital. Beloved husband of the late Barbara, predeceased by Frank and Jean Knight. He will be missed by his nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. He was a special great Uncle to Laura. Our thanks to the caring staff of 5B. In his memory, donations may be made to the Ste Anne's Hospital Foundation.
