Leah H. Hall, 71, passed away on May 4, 2006 following an illness.
Born on Sept. 5, 1934 in Sterling, NY, she was a daughter of the late George and Viola (Bessy) Libbey. Leah was also predeceased by her siblings and a granddaughter.
She is survived by her husband Robert L. Hall, Sr. at home, and her children and their spouses....., 18 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Leah was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Her heart was filled with kindness and she always looked forward to the weekly shopping excursions on Saturdays.
Her family will receive friends Monday evening from 7 to 8 p.m. at the MacPherson Funeral Home, 5 Whig St., Newark Valley. A memorial service will follow visitation at 8 p.m. with Rev. Daniel Martin, Pastor of the Berkshire United Methodist Church officiating.
