MRS H. U. Peverill, of Gravelly Beach, has just received a letter of which she is very proud. It is a reply to one she wrote to the Duke of Windsor at the time of his wedding, conveying her congratulations and good wishes; and it is written from Kaernten and signed by the duke's equerry. Mrs. Peverill's father. Captain Robert CHATFIELD, piloted the R.M.S. Ophir when it brought the late King George (then Duke of York) to Australia, and because of her father' she has met various members of the Royal Family when they have come to Australia.'The present Duke of Windsor and the Duke and Duchess of York (now King and Queen of England) are among them.
