Harvey Coe was a son of Denman Coe (b. 1759, CT) and Mary Northrop (1762, CT - 1841, Franklin Co., OH).
He married Jane B Whitsell (or Whitser) of Pennsylvania 1 April 1819 in Fairfield county, Ohio. (Many sources give Stratford, Connecticut, as where they were married but see attached marriage record).
He lived in Holmes county, Ohio, until the early 1830s where his first son Truman was born in 1819.
He removed to Mifflin Township, Franklin County, Ohio, in the 1830s and died there in 1873.
