I believe this is Julia B Perkins, born abt 1837 in New York to Parsons and Sally Perkins, who married Robert Emmett CHATFIELD, born New York, 20 Dec 1853. They had 5 children all known.
Julia is on the 1850 census aged 13 at Greig, Lewis Co., New York where she is on the 1860 census with 3 Chatfield children. She is on the 1870 census with the 5 children having moved to Michigan. Her husband remarried in Jan 1877. Assumption being that Julia died between 1870 and 1876.

Died suddenly.
Mrs. Chatfield's death was an unexpected calamity, she had been ailing, but not considered dangerously sick until a short time before her death. Her husband E.G. Chatfield and the motherless children have the sincere sympathy of our community in their terrible bereavement. Mrs. Chatfield was a woman of remarkable energy and one that in a new community like ours whose loss will be felt. Never discouraged, she only added fresh energy where it was needed, and when the domestic skies seemed so clear, with her children rapidly arriving at maturity, and her husband on the sure road to prosperity, it seems a pity that she should have been taken away. As there is no love like a mothers love so there is no loss like the loosing of a mother, and our pen only echoes the sentiments of a sad heart as we pen this sad, sad, bereavement.
Mrs. Chatfield died last Friday morning and the funeral services were held at the Methodist church last Sunday. A large number of our citizens were present to pay their last token of respect to the dead as well as to follow her remains to their last resting place.
