Garnett Field, 92, of St. Albans died Wednesday, March 12, 2008, at Hubbard Hospice House, Charleston.
She was a homemaker and spent most of her life in the Kanawha Valley.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Burres; parents, Harry and Nellie Hawks; daughter, Janet Carol Field; and sisters, Sadie and Effie.
Surviving are sons, Burres Field of Charleston and Larry Field of St. Albans; sister, Grace Ann Utsinger of Teays Valley; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Service will be 2 p.m. Saturday, March 15, at Good Shepherd Mortuary, South Charleston, with Pastor Chris Carlton officiating. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery, Charleston.
