Catherine A., wife of John Schnehain, mother of Samantha Schnehain, daughter of Gene and Nancy CHATFIELD, sister of Keith CHATFIELD, Tom and Linda (Angelotti) CHATFIELD, Deborah CHATFIELD, multiple nieces and nephews. Graduate of Eaton High School 1976, University of Cincinnati Phi Beta Kappa with a BS in Psychology 1980, BS in Quantitative Analysis 1991. Worked at Great American Insurance as an actuary, eventually reaching her position as an Enterprise Data Management Program Director. Survived by her beloved dogs: Keely, Chuck, Joey and Dave; grand dogs Luna and Capone. She was a lover of all animals; Cathy was an avid runner and loved her running groups. She ran multiple marathons including the Flying Pig and the NYC Marathon. Moved to the country with the plan to keep a horse or two. Spent many hours volunteering with school projects with her daughter. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Cathy's name to the Brown County Humane Society, 100 Veterans Blvd, Georgetown, OH 45121. Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 12, 2015 from 11:00 a.m. until time of service 1:00 p.m. at the Norman Chapel at Spring Grove Cemetery, 4521 Spring Grove Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45232. Interment to follow at Spring Grove Cemetery.
