FUNERAL SERVICES FOR MRS. CHATFIELD MONDAY.
The funeral of Mrs. Fred CHATFIELD, of Bankston, Iowa, who died at Mercy Hospital Friday morning, after an illness of one week, will be held tomorrow morning from the home of C. [Charles, her son] CHATFIELD, 244 Johnson Avenue, at 8 o'clock to the Catholic Church at Bankston, where the coffin will be blessed. The body will be buried in the adjoining cemetery.

Mrs. Chatfield was born in Cedar County, Ia., June 18, 1871, and before her marriage she was Francis Elizabeth Riddle, daughter of the late John and Catherine Riddle. Practically her entire lifetime was spent near Bankston.

She is survived by her husband, three sons, Rowan [Roland] and Donald of Bankston, Harold at home, five daughters, Mrs. Glenn Scott, of Epworth, Mrs. J.C. Markham of this city, and the Misses Mabel, Bertha and Helen Chatfield at home, two brothers, William, Cedar Rapids and Arthur Riddle, of Muscatine, Ia., a sister, Mrs. Frank Belle, of Cedar Spring, Mich., and five grandchildren Evelyn and Herschel Markham, James, Margaret and David Scott all of this city.
