Age 71, passed away Thursday, August 9, 2018. He was born November 13, 1946 in Allen, KY, the son of Lucy Crum. Charles owned a drywall business, doing work in the greater Washtenaw County area. He was a very hard worker and had a successful business. Charles loved his dogs, motorcycles, camping and most especially, his family. He will be missed. Survivors include: one son Scott (Tomara) of Ypsilanti; nine grandchildren, Cody, Kyle (Racheal), Scott, Tanner, Jalen, Alexis, Raven, Jaci and Tate; and great grandson Josiah. He was preceded in death by his parents and one son John David Chatfield. The funeral service will be 11 am Monday, August 13, 2018 at Stark Funeral Service with Pastor Joel Sowards officiating. Cremation will follow.
