Contents:
(i) bequeathes an annuity of £15 to her maidservant Mary Hammond
(ii) bequeathes her money, securities and personal estate to Rev. Henry CHATFIELD, her brother
(iii) Devises all her real estate to bro. Rev. Henry Chatfield and authorizes him to sell the properties if he thinks it more advantageous and place the money in the hands of William Clutton of Cuckfield, esq., to be invested in Government or other securities. Henry Chatfield is to receive the interest during his life and then it is to be applied for the benefit of her nieces Elizabeth, Ann, Harriet, Mary and Caroline, daus. of Henry CHATFIELD, and the principal is to be divided among them at age 21. If the properties remain unsold on the death of Henry Chatfield they are to be held in trust by William Clutton and then sold and the money disposed of as above
(iv) Appoints Henry Chatfield her executor
