Tami Lou CHATFIELD, age 55, passed away, Monday, November 23, 2015 at Grand Strand Regional Medical Center.
Tami graduated from George Rogers Clark High School in Winchester, KY., were she took part in various sports teams and was a standout basketball player, until she was side-lined by a traffic accident. She earned a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education at Morehead State College and a Master's Degree at Eastern State College. After moving to Myrtle Beach, Tami became a Certified Therapeutic Massage Therapist. Tami will be remembered by her friends as a kind, loyal, and loving friend. She was pre-deceased by a brother: Jeffrey L. Chatfield.
Surviving are her parents: Jim T. Chatfield and Karen W. Chatfield of Myrtle Beach.
A Memorial Service will be held 3:00 PM Sunday, December 6, 2015 at Unity Church of Myrtle Beach, 1270 Surfside Industrial Park Drive, Myrtle Beach, SC. 29575, with Rev. Margaret Hiller officiating.
Memorials may be made to Unity Church of Myrtle Beach or to a "No Kill Animal Shelter"
