CHATFIELD, Leslie Thomas. Formerly of Waione. Gently passed away at Grace Joel Rest Home, Auckland on Saturday, 3rd April 2021. Loving husband of the late Yvonne CHATFIELD, loved father of Fay, Evan, Athol, Dean (deceased) Brett and their families. Much loved grandfather of 16 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Loved son of the late Finlay and Bessie Chatfield.
"Those we love don't go away, they walk beside us everyday" Les is now resting at his home in Dannevirke, if you wish to pay your respects before the funeral.
Family and friends are invited to a service of celebration which will be held in St John the Baptist Anglican Church, High Street, Dannevirke on Friday the 9th April at 1.00pm followed by interment at the Mangatera Lawn Cemetery. Messages to the family c/- 51 Denmark Street, Dannevirke 4930.
