Miss Judith Amy Weed, daughter of Mr. And Mrs. Ruel Weed, 40 Second street, was married to Henry Oliver CHATFIELD, son of Mr. And Mrs. Henry T. CHATFIELD, 12 First avenue, Seymour, yesterday afternoon in the Seymour Congregational church. the Rev. Robert Divine officiated at the 4 o'clock ceremony.

Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a gown of white silk brocade made with a scoop neckline, elbow-length sleeves and a dome-shaped skirt with scissor back. Her French illusion bouffant veil was gathered to a pillbox of silk brocade and her prayer book was topped with stephanptis, cymbidiums and ivy.

After a reception in the church parlors, the couple left for the Pocono mountains. They will live in Beacon Falls.

A graduate of Norwalk high school, the bride studied also at Aurora college and Southern Connecticut State college She is a teacher. Mr. Chatfield was graduated from Seymour high school and is a truck driver.
