Another Divorce. — A complaint was filed yesterday in the District Court by Maria CHATFIELD, praying for a divorce from her husband, Charles Chatfield. The complaint sets forth that the said party were married in Illinois in 1850, and immediately afterward emigrated to this State, where they lived together as man and wife until about the 17th of October, when the defendant abandoned her, and since which time she has been compelled to support herself. The parties reside in this city.

Divorce Suit.— ln the case of Maria Chatfield vs. Charles CHATFIELD, which was a suit for divorce on the ground of adultery, charged to have been commited by the defendant May 7th, a decree was entered in the Sixth District Court dismissing the bill on the ground of collusion between the parties. The plaintitf afterwards moved for an order setting aside the finding and decree, and for a new trial, on the ground that the decision was against law and evidence. The District Court, after reviewing the facts in the case, comes to the conclusion that the plaintiff was cognizant of the alleged crime and assented thereto, and that the collusion between the parties was so apparent that the motion for a new trial must be annulled. An order was directed to be entered accordingly.
