LYMINGTON, HAMPSHIRE.
George Bundey.— The defendant appeared in answer to a judgment debtors' summons, in pursuance of an order under the Employers' Liability Act, for non-payment of £7 3s ?d. and costs.— Mr. Robinson appeared for the defendant— George Bundey deposed that, Joseph Bundey, the father of the defendant- Witness deposed that his father had two cottages at Sandy Down, one house in Belmore-lane, four cottages at Pennington, and seven cottages at Woodside. He was one of the executors. He did not receive the rents, corroborated Bundey's evidence as to Mr. Jenvey paying him a portion of his wages due. He added that since the bill of sale the place had been continually stripped of things. There was about £170 worth of things on the premises after the sale. — The defendant . . .
