CHATFIELD Robert L. Chatfield, age 74, passed away at Mount Carmel Medical Center on Friday, April 15, 2011.

He is preceded in death by his son Edward Chatfield and sister Christine Burton.

He is survived by his loving wife, Marilyn; his son, George (Lisa), grandchildren, Kathy, Brian, Jason, and Emily; his son, Bill (Becky), grandchildren, Connor, Ian, and Aidan; and siblings, Janet (Richard), Arthur (Terri), David (Debbie), Dan (Candy), Virginia (Jerry), Tim, and Kevin (Karen). Bob was a member of the Grove City United Methodist Church and the Ohio State Alumni Association. Bob and Marilyn were planning to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary this summer.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Chatfield and son, Edward Chatfield. Marilyn is survived by her sons, George Chatfield and Bill Chatfield; and grandchildren, Kathy, Brian, Connor, Ian, Jason, Aiden, and Emily. She was a member of the Grove City United Methodist Church and a member of Grove City Chapter #502 Order of Eastern Star. She was also a big fan of The Ohio State Buckeyes.
