Mrs. Viola C. McKinnon, 63, 1150 Quebec Street, Gering, died Saturday afternoon in a Scottsbluff hospital. She was born Feb. 12, 1885 and moved with her parents to Banner County in 1886 when they came to a farm west of Harrisburg. On June 4, 1904 she was married to N. M. McKinnon at Harrisburg and the couple worked there for a number of years. They lived in Scottsbluff for a short time before moving to Gering where they have lived for the past seven years. Mrs. McKinnon was a member of the Scottsbluff Christian Science church.

She is survived by her husband, N. M. McKinnon; four sons, Albert of Phoenix, Ariz.; Robert and Hugh of Bushnell, Nebr., and J. N. McKinnon of Los Angeles, Calif.; two sisters, Mrs. Lulu Snyder, 1140 Quebec Street, Gering; Mrs. Faye Scott, LaGrange, Wyo.; and one brother, Earl Callahan, Harrisburg.
