Surviving are his wife of 59 years, the former Katharyn M. "Kate" Costne; two sons, Charles A. of Homosassa, Fla., and Terrance L. of Cheektowaga; a daughter, Kathleen S. Reynolds of the City Tonawanda; three brothers; Clyde Jr. of Brockway, Raymond of Lawrenceville, Ga., and John of Erie, Pa; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
