Survivors include two sons, James and Russell; his brothers, Alfred Chatfield of Cornwall-on-Hudson, Charles Chatfield of Sudbury, Vermont and Bradenton, Florida; his sister, Jean Hach of Cornwall, New York and numerous nephews and nieces.
