Division St. In failing health for several years, she had been ill for the past six months. The former Nellie Mildred Wanamaker, daughter of Charles Henry and Eliza Webster Wanamaker, was born in Platteville, Oct. 6, 1870. She was married to William E. Hough in Platteville, Aug. 16, 1894. Mr. Hough, who operated a barber shop at 106 E. Milwaukee St., for 42 years, died Oct. 30, 1939. A daughter, Vera Alice Hough died, July 30, 1933. Two brothers and two sisters also preceded her in death. Mrs. Hough was a member of First Congregational Church and had served as president of Division 5 of the church. As a young woman she sang in the church choir. Surviving is one daughter, Mrs. E. W. Welch, Janesville. Services will be held at 3:30 p.m. Thursday in the Overton Funeral Home, the Rev. H. C. Kimmel, First Congregational Church officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery.
