Edwin R. CHATFIELD -77, of Blue Creek, Ohio, formerly of Springfield, Ohio, died Wednesday, December 8, 1993, in his home.
He was born November 28, 1916, in Clark County, Ohio, the son of the late Edwin R., Sr., and Nellie Edith (Thompson) Chatfield. He was employed 27 years with Meadow Gold Dairy, Springfield, Ohio, the IOOF Home, Holiday Inn of Springfield and Springfield Country Club.
He is survived by his wife, Hazel E. (Fuller) Chatfield of Blue Creek, Ohio, whom he married November 20, 1937, in Indianapolis, Indiana; two daughters, Diann Shelton, Marshall , North Carolina, Linda Cernetic, Cedarville, Ohio; ; half brother, Paul Chatfield, Fremont, Ohio; three grandchildren.
Services were held at 11 a.m. Monday in Enon Cemetery.

HAZEL E. CHATFIELD
82, formerly of Springfield, died Friday, March 1, 2002 in Heartland of Beavercreek. She was born April 8, 1919 in Springfield, the daughter of Harry and Mary (Hursh) Fuller. Hazel was a homemaker most of her life. Survivors include two daughters, Diann Shelton and Linda K. (William) Cernetic and three grandchildren, Josha T., Michaela and Faith Cernetic. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edwin in August of 1978 [Dec 1998]. Her body was entrusted to the WOODS-ALLGIER FUNERAL HOME, where friends may call Monday from 5-8 p.m. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 10 a.m. in the funeral home with Rev. Micky Farlow (Grace Baptist Church) officiating. Interment will follow at Enon Cemetery; Rev. Chris Wright officiating. Casket is closed.
