A verdict that death was due to a heart attack induced by chill and shock caused by unaccustomed surf bathing was returned at the inquest concerning Mrs. F S Chatfield of Cambridge, who collapsed and died after a swim at Mount Maunganui on Saturday. The late Mrs Chatfield, who was born in ... survived by her husband and two daughters.
