The LDS MicroFiche show that John was married on the same date October 30 1817 in both New Haven, CT. and Great Barrington, Mass. Reference Page 8,002 and 3,482. There is currently no way of determining in which place John actually got married. It looks like John moved to Massachusets about the time of his marriage.
