COURTNEY CHATFIELD
Services for Courtney C. Chatfield, 38, of Blind Creek Cove, Sandy Creek, who died Monday at House of the Good Samaritan, Watertown, will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Sears-Middleton Funeral Home, North Syracuse. Burial will be in North Syracuse Cemetery.

A native of Tucson, Ariz., Mr. Chatfield lived many years in North Syracuse before moving to Sandy Creek eight years ago. He was a construction worker and a member of Local 333 of Building Laborers Union.

Mr. Chatfield was a 1967 graduate of North Syracuse High School and was a county champion high school wrestler. He was a former member of Centerville Lodge, DeMolay, and formerly was active in the Boy Scouts of America.

Surviving are his wife, the former Pauline Cote; three sons, Joseph, David and Jason, all at home; a daughter, Cari Chatfield, at home; "his parents, Joseph and Dorothy Ringwood of Sandy Creek"; and two brothers, Robert D. of Newark Valley and Scott Chatfield of Tully.
