Russell Sexton Anderson, son of James and Mamie Sexton Anderson, was born December 3, 1909 on a farm near Burwell, Nebr., and died Sunday, October 11, 1992, at St. Joseph Hospital in Concordia, at the age of 82 years, 10 months and eight days.
Russell or "Dutch" as he was known received his education from Burwell public schools, graduating from Burwell High School.
He was united in marriage to Juanita Ronzzo at Burwell in 1928 and to this union three children were born. She later died.
In 1946, he was married to Irene Francis at Mankato, and one son was born to this union.
