[Obituary] DOROTHY J. DAY, 87, formerly of Lippitt Avenue, died Oct. 22 at the El Cajon Valley Convalescent Home, San Diego, Calif.
She was the wife of the late George Day. Born in Johnsville, Calif., a daughter of the late John and Mabel Sobrero, she had lived in Warwick for 35 years before returning to California last year.
Mrs. Day leaves a son, John Peterson of San Diego; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Donald Peterson.
Burial:
Cremated, Ashes scattered at sea.
Specifically: ashes combined w/husband George Day & scattered off Point Lomo, San Diego, California.
