Mother's family lived at 14 St. Johns St., Hayle. Cornwall, England They were Richard, Francis, Gilbert and Jane Gilbert Trestrail. My grandmother's name was Caroline Penrose Gilbert who married William Henry White. Was 14 when he left England (with mother and his siblings), lived in Windsor, Ontario, Canada for a short time, and then moved across the river to Detroit, Michigan, where my father had arrived before the rest of the family.
