Lease for 11 years from the following Michaelmas at annual rent of £165 15s. Od. from Sir Booth Williams of Ham in Kingston-upon-Thames (co. Surr.), [3rd] barth., to Catherine Chatfield of Greatham, wid. GREATHAM/115 3 June 1772
