Marion A. Deuel, 83, of Janesville, died Thursday, April 30, 2009, at Mercy Hospital. Marion was born on March 3, 1926, at Waterloo, WI, the daughter of Martin and Augusta (Hahn) Tester. She graduated from Watertown High School. Marion married Rolland Deuel on September 4, 1945, in Wautoma, WI. He preceded her in death on March 19, 1990. A long-time Janesville resident, she was a member of Cargill United Methodist Church. Marion was a collector of Praying Hands. She enjoyed watching the Packers, Brewers, Bucks and Badgers. Marion is survived by six children: Ronald Deuel of Orlando, FL, Janet (Harlan) Kelly of Janesville, Nancy (LaVern) Breezee of Adams-Friendship, WI, Sally Deuel, Donnie Deuel and Connie Deuel all of Janesville; seven grandchildren: Steve Kelly, Kimberly Kelly, Ryan Kelly, Shawn Kelly, Michael Koel, Jennifer Deuel, and Riley Deuel; eight great-grandchildren: Jeremy, Jerrod, Riley, Sammy, Joshua, MacKenna, Haidan, and Kylie; one brother, Erwin (Shirley)Tester of Beloit; one sister, Barbara Heiden of Watertown; a sister-in-law, Cheryl Tester of Waterloo; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and parents, Marion was preceded in death by two infant sons, Rodney and Jackie; three sisters: Isabell Steinbrink, Helen Pohlman, and Doris Kaus; and two brothers, Fred Tester and James Tester.
