Devise to sons William Collins and Thomas Collins of a messuage, barns, farm, lands &c. in Flansham in Felpham as tenants in common charged with an Annuity of £40, to wife Ann Collins for her life; a marriage Bond for £300 to be thereupon cancelled
To said wife, £20, and such part of the household goods as she should choose sufficient to furnish two rooms
To said sons William and Thomas Collins a messuage, barn, stable, lands &c. in Walberton as tenants in common charged with a legacy of £900 to son John Collins
To son Edmund Collins, £300. To daughters, Ann Chatfield wife of John Chatfield of Appledram, farmer, and Charlotte Sowter wife of Thos. Sowter of Selsey, farmer, £300 apiece
To daughter Elizabeth Collins, £600
Residue to sons William and Thomas, they being appointed Executors.
