WAINE v WAINE.
Arthur Henry Charles Waine petitioned for an order for the restitution of conjugal rights against Stella Waine (formerly Rouse). The parties were married according to the rites of the Anglican Church, in September, 1903, at Paddington. Mr. Davidson (instructed by Mr. J. J. Mulligan) appeared for the petitioner. The usual order was made.

WAINE v WAINE.
Desertion by reason of respondent's non compliance with an order for restitutlon of conjugal rights was the ground of a petition for dissolution of marriage, made by Arthur Henry James Walne. The respondent was Stella Walne (formerly Rouse), to whom petitioner was married at Paddington on September 23, 1903, according to the rites of the Church of England. His Honor made a decree nisi, returnable in six months. Absolute in February 1921.
