Hazel Elizabeth Chatfield died on March 14, 1986 in Turner, Marion County, Oregon.
Hazel was a wife, mother and grandmother, she loved her place in the country. The deer in the area would come into the yard from time to time, as you can see by the photos.
Sadly, her daughter, Judith Ann Chatfield Moen, died the same day at about the same time. Both were victims of murder at the hands of Mrs. Chatfield's son-in-law, Ronald Howard Moen.
This was such a tragedy, may God Bless this entire family.
