Henry Joseph Budsworth arrived in Australia as a convict on the Claudine on the 6 Jan 1829 and was assigned to William Cox at Clarendon near Richmond.
Sentenced at Liverpool, England 29 Mar 1829 by C.T. Porter Esq for stealing. His offence was stealing butter/money - he was given a seven year sentence. He left England May 1829 on the Claudine and arrived in Australia 6 Dec 1829. Mustered to William Cox (Magistrate), of Clarendon, Windsor, NSW 9 Dec 1829. Received his ticket of leave on the 15 Dec 1837.
Description: Her had brown hair, hazel eyes and stood 5' 3/4" high. He had a SEBAB on his right arm(tattoo) Sun, moon and anchor on his left arm (tattoo).
