I found the Estate papers which are hard to read and I could not find a listing of his relatives (i.e. spouse or children)

Boice is also found spelled as Boyce
It appears Thomas Boice (or Boyce) married a lady named Elizabeth Shaver 1802-1870 and they had a large family. I could not find a death for Elizabeth (other than 1870 in a Tree) or a divorce between Thomas and Elizabeth.
Possible this Thomas married Mary Ann Haxton, but I cannot be sure.
He had children closer to her age who also might have been her 1st husband
