Constance Ann Schlitz, the daughter of Warren J. Schlitz of Shaker Heights, Ohio, and the late Ann Schaffner Schlitz, was married yesterday to Worth Daniels MacMurray, a son of Dr. and Mrs. Frank G. MacMurray of McLean and Madison, VA. Canon Charles Martin performed the Episcopal ceremony in the great choir at the Washington Cathedral.

Miss Schlitz is a manager of Preferred Stock, a Washington antiques and decorative accessories concern. She graduated from Endicott College and the University of Rhode Island. Her father is retired from MacMillan Bloedel, a paper company in Cleveland.

Mr. MacMurray, the associate legal counsel of Government Technology Services, a computer concern in Chantilly, VA., was formerly a vice president and general counsel of LAN Systems in New York. He graduated from the Taft School, Princeton University and the Georgetown University Law Center. His father is a clinical professor of internal medicine at Georgetown University, and he practices in Washington. His mother, Rose Chatfield-Taylor MacMurray, a poet, teaches poetry at the Haycock School in McLean.

The future bridegroom is a grandson of the late John Van Antwerp MacMurray, a minister to China and an ambassador to Turkey, and of the late Wayne Chatfield-Taylor, an Under Secretary of Commerce and the president of the Export-Import Bank in the Roosevelt Administration.
