No proof of right person. Below are notes regarding Elizabeth and George Odell.

I think you are probably right about William R White marrying Elizabeth Odell. Cannot prove it at present. Cannot find alternative marriage record or children. BUT a William Richard White died North Surrey 1962 aged 92 which puts his birth at 1870. Very good so far. An Elizabeth White died North Surrey 1956 aged 83 making her date of birth at about 1873.

Possible births: There don't seem to be many, if any Odell's in Surrey that match.
