CHATFIELD, Phyllis. Passed away peacefully at home, in her 99th year, on 4 March 2018, surrounded by her family. Loved wife of the late Richard (Dick), treasured Mum of Richard, Janet, and Julie, mother-in-law of Fay, Norman McLeod, and Dene. Grandmother of Darrell (Brisbane), Aaron, Amanda, Andrew (Sydney), Nick, and Shelley (London), and great-grandmother of 13.
A service will be held at the North Harbour Chapel of Dil's Funeral Services, 185 Schnapper Rock Road, Albany on Thursday 8 March at 1pm followed by private cremation.
