NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the under-signed. The Revd. Frederick Nash Bird, M.A., and Thomas Henry Owen Phillips, M.A., B.Sc., carrying on business as Schoolmasters and Proprietors of the Preparatory Dual School, at Chalk Hill House, Forty-lane, Wembley, in the county of Middlesex, under the style or firm of CHALK HILL SCHOOL, has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the second day of March, 1931. All debts due and owing to or by the said late firm will be respectively received and paid by the said Revd. Frederick Nash Bird, M.A.
The said business will be carried on in the future by the said
